Is it possible to eat healthy without spending a fortune?
Absolutely!
Many people believe that healthy food is far more expensive than it actually is. That’s why I’ve written a new e-book about how to eat healthy on a budget, without sacrificing flavour.
Healthy Eating on a Budget includes handy tips for saving your cash (and your health), along with more than 50 wallet-friendly recipes. Hop on over to Amazon and take a sneak peek, okay? (For those of you who don’t have an e-reader, I’m working on a PDF version too.)
And, if you live in the Vancouver area, I’ll be giving a live talk about eating healthy on a budget at the Word on the Street Festival. You can find me on September 30 at 3:30pm in the Magazine Life Tent, located at downtown’s Library Square.
Hope to see you there!

Are you ever going to sell this book not in “e form”? I don’t have a kindle…
J/K…Full story didn’t show up before.
Have you tried these with other berries? I just found out my 4 year old has dairy and soy allergies so I’ve been trying to find healthy snack alternatives and this sounds like an awesome idea, I was actually thinking of scouring the health food store for something like this earlier today!
Do you mean the fruit rollups? You can try them with any kind of fruit. I love making them with peaches.
A wonderful site I use is called http://www.lowcarbkitchen.net
It has great recipes, and awesome tips to stay healthy.
